This is Erika Bower, Superintendent of Ridgedale Local Schools, where our mission is to empower students to reach their full potential through our cornerstones of learning, safety, community partnerships, and fiscal responsibility.
🌸Spring Break starts this week! Students will not have school April 2 through April 7, and they will return to school on April 8. As we approach this break, I want to take a moment to thank you for the continued support, encouragement, and care you show our students and schools each day. This time of year offers a valuable opportunity to pause, recharge, and enjoy meaningful moments together as families.
Our students and staff have worked incredibly hard, and I hope this break provides a chance for rest, connection, and renewal. Whether your plans include travel, time at home, or simply enjoying the change of pace, I encourage everyone to take full advantage of this well-deserved break.
When we return, we will enter an important stretch of the school year. Together, we will continue to support our students in finishing strong…academically, socially, and emotionally. Thank you for being such an essential part of the Ridgedale community. Your partnership makes a lasting difference in the lives of our students!

🥎On Wednesday, jr. high softball plays at Elgin.
🏃♂️🏃♀️🥎On Thursday, high school track competes at Colonel Crawford, high school baseball plays at home against Buckeye Central, and high school softball plays at Riverdale. There is no school on this day.

🏃♂️🏃♀️🥎🥎On Saturday, jr. high track competes at Ridgemont, and high school softball plays a double header at home against Fredericktown.

⚾🥎On Tuesday, April 7, high school baseball plays at Temple Christian, and high school softball plays at Newark Catholic. There is no school for students on this day.
🥳On Wednesday, April 8, we welcome students back to school from spring break!
⚾🥎On Thursday, April 9, high school baseball and softball play at home against Bucyrus.
🚌🏃♂️🏃♀️On Friday, April 10, 5th graders will be going to COSI for a field trip, and jr. high track competes at home for the Night Lights Invite.
