These visits are a fantastic opportunity for students to explore future pathways, ask questions, and gather valuable information about postsecondary options.

Ridgedale Local Schools 21st CCLC Power Hours Program Coordinator
Position Summary:
Ridgedale Local Schools Power Hours is seeking a dynamic, organized, and passionate individual to serve as the Program Coordinator for our 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC). This individual will oversee daily operations of the afterschool and/or summer learning program, ensuring alignment with grant goals, state compliance requirements, and student success outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and supervise all components of the 21st CCLC program, including academic enrichment, youth development, college/career readiness, and family engagement.
Collaborate with school-day staff, community partners, and service providers to deliver a comprehensive and engaging program.
Recruit, supervise, and support program staff, tutors, volunteers, and external instructors.
Monitor student attendance, behavior, and progress to ensure positive outcomes.
Coordinate family and community engagement activities in alignment with grant expectations.
Maintain accurate records of program activities, student data, and staff documentation.
Complete and submit all required local, state, and federal reports on time, including data entry into the state’s compliance system
Ensure that all program operations comply with grant requirements, school policies, and health/safety standards.
Attend mandatory state trainings, site monitoring visits, and district meetings as required.
Communicate regularly with the building principal, district leaders, and grant evaluator.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education
Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry platforms.
Must pass a BCI/FBI background check.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings for family events and trainings.
