6th Grade orientation (Virtual Meeting) 6:30pm Wednesday 8-26-2020. Grades 6-7-8 fully remote orientation Thursday 8-27-2020 6:30pm. Grades 9-10-11-12 fully remote orientation Thursday 8-27-2020 7:00pm. An email will be sent with the link for these meetings.
Information was emailed to those elementary families opting for full remote instruction for the first semester about the upcoming orientations. Please sign up for a time. Sessions are held on Wednesday, August 26th and Thursday, August 27th at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Rockets in Grades 6-12 that will be FULLY Remote students, you may pick up your chrome book in the RHS office 7:00am-4:00pm, M-F. Call the office if you cannot make these times.

Ridgedale Youth Basketball wrapped up a week of Skills-N-Drills for girls on grades 3-6. They all worked hazard and had fun, too! Thank you to all for your hard work and extra effort! Everyone stayed safe and had a little taste of normal. #gorockets #thefutureisbright

Volleyball Correction--
August 1st volleyball practices at 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Practices during the week will be 3:00 - 5:00 PM.

JH and HS Volleyball will begin official practices on August 1st, 3:00 - 5:00 PM. High school practices will be in the high school gym, junior high practices will be in the elementary gym.
Please know that we are still following our COVID-19 protocols, including no locker room usage (athletes must come dressed and ready for practice), no shared water (athletes must bring their own water for each practice), and daily temperature checks and COVID screening questions.
Remember to complete all of your FinalForms (and select the sports or activities that you will be participating in for the year) before August 1st, and have a current physical on file. Physical expiration dates can be found on FinalForms, or contact Ms. Parthemore to check. If you need technology or internet assistance, please contact Ms. Parthemore and we can make arrangements to make sure you can get this done in time.
JH Football conditioning will start on Monday, July 27th at 5:30 - 7:30 PM. Please have your student report to the lower level doors of the Jr/Sr High Building. Conditioning (and following practices starting August 1st) will be Mondays - Thursdays.

Youth Girls Basketball Skills N Drills Open Gyms
I apologize for the delay but we are trying to make sure we are meeting the requirements placed on us by the Governor. As of today, this is our plan for kindergarten screening. Please call Mrs. Anderson to sign up for a time slot.
Kindergarten screening will be held on:
August 4th - 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
August 5th - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Parents will be required to wear masks.
Future Rocket students will not be required to wear masks.
We will be practicing social distancing inside the gym & hand sanitizer will be placed at each station along with wipes as well.
